Getting to the venue
Walk, bike, or take Whistler Transit.
Whistler Bike Valet will be operating during the movies at Whistler Olympic Plaza.
Seating
Seating on the Great Lawn is first come, first served. We recommend that you bring picnic blankets, a pillow, or a low back chair.
Restrictions at the Venue
Please leave the following at home; dogs, hammocks, inflatables, tarps, tents, BBQs, and propane firepits. This is an alcohol-free event and Whistler has a no smoking/vaping bylaw.
Food & Drink
Whistler Olympic Plaza is surrounded by many take–away businesses. Please do not bring alcohol to the venue as this is an alcohol-free event. There will be Park Eats food providers on-site on select nights providing light snacks and beverages.
Washrooms
Accessible washrooms are available at Olympic Plaza.
Recycling and Waste
There are waste sorting bins surrounding the Great Lawn – if you bring a picnic, please bring reusable utensils and plates or compostable items.
Age
As an evening event, the cinema is not suitable for young children or babies.
