Dogs in Whistler
Dogs in Whistler must be leashed at all times and under the control of the owner when using parks and trails, unless in designated off-leash areas or beaches. Letting dogs off leash in parks, beaches, trails can create conflicts with other animals, wild animals, and other users.
Dogs are also banned on various hiking and biking trails in provincial parks and lands, such as Cheakamus Lake and Rainbow/Sproatt trails. Know before you go.

Free summer transportation in Whistler
Free summer weekend transit, Park Shuttles and secure bike parking begin mid-June and run through to Labour Day. The programs are partially funded by parking fees from Day Lots 1-5 and the Resort Municipality Initiative.
