This piece shows the abstract figures of three wolves linked together. They are painted red, yellow, and blue to reflect a prairie Métis aesthetic, made contemporary using automotive paints that shift colour as the viewer walks around the piece. This group used the wolf image to make an inclusive statement.
This work was inspired by the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games, with Métis representing Indigenous people from central Canada.
