This artwork captures essential elements of Whistler by combining cycling, recycling, wildlife, and the Valley Trail.  The artist held a public workshop to “feather” these birds, which involved screwing used bicycle tire pieces onto carved recycled plastic forms of the bird bodies.

The birds are exhibited as a surprise or discovery along the trail. Look for the third Raven behind you. Ravens are common in Whistler, from the valley bottom to the alpine.
