Meadow Park Sports Centre offers a full range of fitness classes in the Fitness Studio, including strength training, aerobics, dance, spin, prenatal fitness, and more. The studio is also available for rental and can host training sessions from outside groups depending on availability.

Included classes
These classes are included with your pass, admission, or drop-in fee. You can register up to 72 hours in advance with a maximum of one class per day. Class offerings are subject to change.
- Aqua Fit Deep/Shallow – Low-impact aerobic workout ideal for cardiovascular training or post-injury recovery
- TRX Mixer (45 min) – High-intensity circuit incorporating TRX to build lean muscle using body weight resistance
- Full Body HIIT / HIIT Express (45 min) – Interval workout using bodyweight exercises and cardio
- Gentle Fit – Focus on strength, flexibility, posture, balance, and coordination at your own pace
- Low Impact Strength – Strength, balance, and coordination for all, including seniors and post-injury participants
- Mountain Ready Conditioning – High-intensity training to build endurance and power for mountain sports
- Functional Strength & Conditioning – High-intensity circuit training using compound exercises
- Strength & Mobility – Strength and stability training for core, glutes, and balance
- Strong Glutes & Core – Focus on corrective work for glutes and core, aiding injury prevention
- Spin Mixer – Spin intervals followed by core and mobility exercises
- Strength in Play – Functional movement-based fitness class focusing on mobility and range of motion
- Zumba – Latin-inspired dance workout for all levels
- Cardio Circuit – Full-body circuit combining cardio, weights, and abs
- Dance Fitness – High-energy beginner-friendly dance workout
- Fitness Fundamentals – Focus on key strength movements, core activation, and proper lifting techniques
- Strength & Cardio – Combination of strength exercises and cardio
- Strength & Stability – One-hour full-body strength and balance training
- Torch Tuesdays– A blend of slow-burn strength and sweaty high-intensity combos
Flex registration classes
Pay-per-class option with no additional drop-in fee required. Registration opens on the seasonal registration date. Class offerings are subject to change.
- Spin – High-energy cycling workout
- Yin and Yang Yoga – Balance of active movement (Yang) and connective tissue work (Yin)
- Yoga: Core Fusion– Ignite your inner strength with this dynamic, core-focused yoga class
Registered programs
These require a separate fee and have a defined start and end date. Pre-registration is required.
- Prenatal Fitness – Full-body workout designed for pregnancy
- Mom & Baby Fitness – Baby-friendly postnatal workout
- Intro to Lifting – A 4-week progression series on lifting mechanics
- Postpartum Core & Glutes – Core and pelvic floor activation for postpartum recovery
- Enduro Swim – Coached swim sessions focusing on stroke refinement and endurance
- Fit 4 Life- This low-impact, gentle fitness class is designed to help you build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance balance and coordination.
- Stride Forward – Take the Next Step in Your Recovery Journey: Join our specialized lower limb rehab class
- Mountain Lift & Conditioning – Build strength for the mountains—and for life
Youth fitness classes (ages 15-18)
Class offerings are subject to change.
- Lift Club – Strength and conditioning for boys (15-18) with weightlifting and recovery protocols
- Girls Strength Club – Strength and conditioning for girls (13-18), supporting athletic development
Children’s fitness classes
Currently unavailable.
General guidelines for use
- Stay home if you are sick
- Practice good hand hygiene
- Respect personal space and others’ comfort levels

- Sanitize equipment before and after use

Booking a fitness or yoga class
- Book your spot up to 72 hours in advance for included classes.
- Book your spot for Flex Reg or Registered Programs when seasonal registration opens.

Cancellation policies
12-Hour cancellation policy (included & flex reg classes)
- Cancel at least 12 hours before class via email or phone to avoid charges.
- No-shows or late cancellations result in:
- No refund for drop-in admissions
- 10/20/30-time cards: one punch removed
- Pass holders: $6.50 cancellation fee
- Repeat offenders may lose booking privileges
One-week cancellation policy (registered programs)
- Cancel at least one week before the program starts to avoid penalties.
Illness policy
- Cancellations due to illness will not incur fees, but all upcoming bookings will be canceled.

Ensure safe participation in physical activity by completing the 2024 PAR-Q+ Questionnaire (PDF).

Facility rentals
- The fitness studio is available for private rental.
- Rental does not include access to other Meadow Park Sports Centre facilities.
