Lost Lake Park

Lost Lake Park has no parking and is limited to pick-up/drop-off only. Please note that vehicles cannot be left unattended. The lot is closed through winter.

The Free Shuttle is a convenient transportation service that operates daily between the Village and Lost Lake Park.  Here are some important details to know:

• Shuttles operate from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., specifically between June 17 and September 4.
• You can catch the shuttle from two different pick-Up locations: Gondola Transit Exchange Post 4 and Olympic Plaza Bus Stop.
• If you’re driving, the Day Lots are centrally located off Blackcomb Way. These parking lots provide quick access to the shuttle as well as Whistler’s Village Stroll, shops, and the Valley Trail. You can find Day Lot parking rates here.
• Shuttles stop at all Whistler transit stops between Gondola Transit Exchange and Lost Lake.
• Shuttles run every 10 minutes from 2 p.m. and 6 p.m.
• Shuttles run every 20 minutes from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.
• The Lost Lake Shuttle is designed to be wheelchair accessible, ensuring accessibility for everyone.

Alpha, Lakeside and Wayside Parks

Paid parking in effect May 15 – Sep 15 at Alpha, Lakeside and Wayside Parks

User pay parking at Alpha, Lakeside and Wayside Parks was a 2021 pilot program to help manage park demand at some of Whistler’s busier parks. User pay parking is also in effect on Alta Lake Road adjacent to the Rainbow Park entrance.

Hourly rate:

• $2 per hour
• Maximum of 6 hours
• No oversized parking at Rainbow Park
• Free accessible parking
• No camping overnight in vehicles

Paid parking:

• May 15 – Sep 15: Daily, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Free parking

• May 15 – Sep 15: 6 p.m. to 10 a.m.
• Sep 16 – May 14

• Pay for parking “touch-free” with PayByPhone

To avoid a parking ticket, when parking near an out of order parking meter please use another parking meter nearby or PayByPhone.
