Council Meeting Agendas and Packages

Current agenda and council meeting package are available online the Friday prior to a scheduled council meeting.

The agenda is posted on the bulletin board outside of municipal hall and hard copies of the agenda are provided at the meeting place before the meeting or can be requested at municipal hall at no charge.

Hard copies of the council meeting packages can be requested, though the processing charges will vary depending on the size of the package.

Previous agendas, meeting packages, briefs and minutes are all available online.

Watch Council Meetings

Live streaming video of council meetings is available online.  Archives, sorted by date and by subject, are also available the day following each council meeting.

Council meetings are also broadcast via Shaw Television. Effective October 15, 2012 Whistler council meetings will be broadcasted on  Friday’s at 12 p.m. and rebroadcasted on the Saturday following council meetings at 12 p.m.

Council Briefs

Council briefs are a detailed summary of the topics discussed at council meetings and workshops. Council briefs are generally available for public viewing within a few days after adjournment of a meeting.

Council Meeting Minutes

Council meeting minutes are posted online and are available at Municipal Hall once they are adopted by council.
