The Resort Municipality of Whistler’s (RMOW) Fall and Winter 2013-2014 Recreation Program Guide is now available online for programs that run between September 2013 and March 2014.
The Recreation Guide contains a complete listing of recreation classes and facilities including:
- Adult Programs
- Arena Programs
- Early Years and Children's Programs
- First Aid and CPR
- Indoor and Outdoor Facility Rentals
- Seniors Programs
Registration for programs can be completed online, by phone 604-935-PLAY (7529) or in-person at Meadow Park Sports Centre. With programs for preschoolers, youth, and adults, there are a wide of array of fitness, dance and special interest classes. Try circuit training or yoga. To ensure registration is successful, please plan ahead.
Online registration is available for Whistler residents starting on Sunday, August 11, 2013 at 12:01 a.m. Make sure you have a PLAY registration number before you go online. Non-residents will have the opportunity to register online starting on Sunday, August 18 at 12:01 a.m.
Non-resident Fee for Registered Programming Fee
This August, Meadow Park Sports Centre is introducing a non-resident fee for registered recreational programming, in addition to the resident fee, at a surcharge rate of 33 per cent.
Only certain registered programs (e.g. swimming lessons, skating programs, fitness programs, etc.) will be subject to the non-resident fee. Drop-in rates, passes, licensed childcare programs, personal training programs and Registration Service Agreement (RSA) programs will remain the same for residents and non-residents.

How to register?
Resident customers, who intend to register for a program starting on August 11, should call 604-935-PLAY (7529) between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. to verify their account status.
Resident customers, who are not registered property owners (i.e. renting a residential unit in Whistler) will be required to go to the Meadow Park Sports Centre to create a resident account by providing the following identification to verify Whistler residency:
- Driver’s license matching civic address
- Cheque matching civic address and picture ID
- Utility bill with civic address and picture ID
- Lease with civic address and picture ID
Resident customers will be required to prove their Whistler residency on an annual basis to maintain their resident status by showing acceptable identification (as per above) or a property tax notice for the previous year.
Please note that customers will no longer have access to create an account online through the RMOW’s IREG system.
