Hours of operation for in-person services for the Planning, Building and Infrastructure Services departments are 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday to Friday.
The Planning Department is processing applications on a first come first served basis. Due to a high volume of applications, new files are taking up to 4 weeks to be assigned to a file manager. Please submit new applications to planning@whistler.ca.
For existing applications, please communicate with your file manager via email. If you have any questions related to a new application, or if you do not have contact information for your file manager, please use the contact information for planning inquiries.

Online Payment for Permits
The Resort Municipality of Whistler provides MyWhistler, a secure service that allows you to pay your fees online. To make a payment, visit https://my.whistler.ca and click “Make a payment” under the heading “Make a one-time payment”. Then click “Planning Dept. Permits” and enter your information.
