A Lost Lake Season Pass provides unlimited cross country skiing and snowshoeing all season long, with access to over 40 kilometers of trails to explore. Perfect winter fun for all ages and abilities!

Season Passes

Enjoy as much skiing or snowshoeing as you like with an unlimited season pass for Lost Lake only, or a dual area pass, which includes access to both Lost Lake and the areas of the Callaghan Valley (Whistler Olympic Park and Callaghan Country), or choose from the popular night skiing option that provides access to Lost Lake after 3 p.m. daily.

A season pass provides unlimited access to Lost Lake’s wonderful Nordic trail network all winter long.

Don’t have an account? No problem. New or existing customer without credentials to their online account will need to either call or visit Meadow Park Sports Centre in-person to set-up their Xplor Recreation account.

The Dual Area Pass, which includes Lost Lake and the Areas of the Callaghan Valley (comprising of Whistler Olympic Park and Callaghan Country), gives you access to all of the Nordic trails in the Sea to Sky Corridor – consider it your passport to everything Nordic! Enjoy over 115 kilometers of cross country ski trails and 45 kilometers of snowshoe trails between the two networks. Bring Fido for a lap out at the Callaghan and ski the night away at Lost Lake after dark. 

Dual Area Early Bird pricing provides a discount on unlimited access to both Lost Lake and the Callaghan Valley’s amazing Nordic trail networks this winter.

*Once you have purchased your Dual Area season pass from the RMOW and have picked up your 2023/24 card, you will be required to collect a unique barcode sticker from Guest Services, located in the Day Lodge at Whistler Olympic Park, on your first visit. This will ensure that your card will scan valid for entry at Whistler Olympic Park’s entrance gates and to obtain your virtual pass perks. Please allow extra time for this process, particularly if your first visit is on a weekend.

The RMOW continues to offer a 70-day ski assurance to all Lost Lake Nordic Trails passholders. Season passholders receive a 1% discount for each day less than 70 delivered, as a credit to apply to their season pass for the following year (2024/25). For example, if only 60 days were deemed skiable during the 2023/24 season, pass holders will receive a 10% credit on their pass renewal for 2024/25.

*The 70 day ski assurance does not apply to Dual Area passes as respective ski area assurance programs will be honoured. Conditions apply on credit redemption.

ONLINE

Individual Dual Area and Lost Lake – Nordic Season, Night or Snowshoe passes can be bought online! All passholders must be present during the online sales process to read and agree to the release of liability waiver. All passholders 13+ must sign for themselves, AND a parent/guardian signature is required for all minors up to 18 years of age.

Families wishing to purchase a family pass for two adults plus any dependents aged 7 to 18 must purchase their Lost Lake season passes over the phone or in-person to receive the best rate, but families with only one adult and up to four dependents can utilize the online platform and still receive maximum savings.

Please note the following process applies to those who have purchased a season pass through the Resort Municipality of Whistler. If you have purchased your Dual Area pass through Whistler Olympic Park, please refer to Ski Callaghan’s “Pass Pickup” instructions here.

  • Reuse last years pass by picking up your seasonal sticker at Meadow Park Sports Centre
  • Online passes purchased up until November 15 with a completed waiver and photo on file will have the option to be mailed to the address on account. Online passes purchased from November 16 onwards must be picked up in person from Meadow Park Sports Centre guest services or Municipal Hall.
  • Passes purchased over the phone must be picked-up in person at Meadow Park Sports Centre or at Municipal Hall. Passholders will be required to sign a release of liability waiver and have a photo on file prior to receiving their pass. Each passholder aged 13+ will need to sign the release agreement for themselves, and a parent/guardian will also have to sign for any minors up to 18 years of age.
  • If you have purchased a Dual Area season pass from RMOW and have picked up your 2023/24 card, you will be required to collect a unique barcode sticker from Guest Services, located in the Day Lodge at Whistler Olympic Park, on your first visit. Cross Country ski tickets are 50% off Monday and Thursday nights from 3 p.m. at Lost Lake Nordic Trails.

Exclusion of Liability

As a condition of purchasing any cross country ski or snowshoe pass or ticket, the passholder must read and agree to the pass release agreement/waiver. Learn more about the Exclusion of Liability Waiver and Nordic safety and risk awareness prior to your visit.

Please note: To maintain the condition of the trails, walking, hiking, running, dogs, ice skating and bikes are not permitted in Lost Lake Park for the winter season. A valid pass or day ticket is required to utilize the trails.
