With summer behind us and the first signs of winter appearing on the mountains, fall in Whistler brings a welcome change of pace. As days become shorter and the weather cools, it’s the perfect time to gather indoors, learn something new and connect with others in the community.
October is Canadian Library Month, making it the perfect time to discover what the Whistler Public Library has to offer. This fall, the library is offering a variety of programs for adults, from author talks and technology workshops to games, book clubs and community gatherings. Whether you’re looking to pick up a new skill, meet new people, or simply spend an evening exploring a topic that interests you, there’s something for everyone.

We hope you’ll join a program this fall and discover something new at the library.

Canadian Library Month is also the perfect time to support the Whistler Public Library’s $40 for 40 Years Fundraising Campaign in honour of their 40th birthday! Funds raised through the $40-for-40 Campaign will support the creation and installation of custom acoustic panels to improve acoustics throughout the building.
