On shared unceded L̓il̓wat7úl and Sḵwx̱wú7mesh territory

Saturday, August 30: The Conservation Officer Service (COS) has shared a cougar sighting at Whistler Blackcomb under the Garbanzo Express chairlift at the bottom of “Original Sin” trail in the Creekside zone of Whistler Mountain. The cougar wasn’t behaving aggressively.

Whistler Blackcomb is working with the COS to ensure public safety. Refer to Whistler Blackcomb for up-to-date information about trail closures and please follow any signage in the area.
