Please be advised that only complete building permit applications with all required documentation will be put into the processing queue. Be sure to review application checklists to ensure your submission is complete.
Permits are required to construct a new building or structure, or to demolish, relocate, repair, alter or make additions to an existing one.
To apply for a permit for your upcoming project, complete and submit the applicable permit application package.
All applications must be dropped off at the RMOW Building Department between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., Monday to Friday.
