FACILITIES AND RECREATION

Lost Lake Nordic Trails update

Snow is beginning to accumulate at Lost Lake, but we need more snow and colder temperatures before we can start grooming. Please stay off the ski trails during this compaction phase. This helps us build a stronger, more durable base to offer the best possible experience once we open. Once we have enough snow and cold weather, we can start winter operations. Keep doing your snow dances and check whistler.ca/Nordic for the latest updates on trail conditions and openings.

Christmas tree disposal

All done with your Christmas tree? You can drop off Christmas trees at the Nesters and Function Junction waste depots from Friday, December 26 until Sunday, January 11. Please ensure you remove all lights, electronics, plastic wrappings, metal wiring, tinsel and ornaments from your tree. The Whistler Transfer Station accepts trees year-round for a fee, except on Thursday, December 25 and Thursday, January 1. Thank you for disposing of your Christmas tree responsibly.
