Whistler residents have an extra week to participate in the Community Life Survey. New for this year, residents first register at whistler.ca/survey to receive the survey directly to their email.
Signing up for the survey is quick and easy; respondents simply need to answer a couple of quick questions to register. Between April 22 and May 3, those registered will receive an email with a customized link to access the survey. All responses are anonymous and respondents are not required to provide any personal information.
The survey is conducted by an external research agency, Forum Research Inc., and the 2021 Community Life Survey consists of two parts:
- a random phone survey of 300 permanent and 200 part-time residents, which ran from March 29 to April 19, and
- an online survey issued to residents who have pre-registered at whistler.ca/survey
Since 2006, the Resort Municipality of Whistler’s (RMOW) has conducted the annual Community Life Survey. Input received helps Council and RMOW staff understand community priorities, trends and concerns, as well as receive and action feedback on municipal plans and services.
