In addition to the original art created for the Bridge Banner project (#125), the municipality has commissioned paintings for other purposes, such as a bear painting used as the design for the municipality’s ceremonial gift. In support of the concept of the library as a community and cultural hub, the municipal collection was moved to the Whistler Public Library from the original site of the Municipal Hall.
