Meadow Park Sports Centre Arena is getting a refresh!

The viewing stands, change rooms, and dryland shooting areas, will be closed for annual maintenance from Tuesday, May 21st, with an anticipated reopening on Friday, June 14th.

During this period, our dedicated maintenance team will conduct important maintenance work needed to provide a great experience, including:

• Conducting routine preventative maintenance on the chiller, subfloor, and surge drum to ensure a consistent and safe ice surface.
• Maintaining the arena surroundings by painting the ice surface, dressing rooms, and arena lobby.
• Elevating the safety and quality of the playing experience by repairing the boards and refurbishing the player benches.

Thank you for your patience and understanding during this maintenance period. We look forward to welcoming you back mid-June.

We encourage you to join one of our other activities at Meadow Park Sports Centre while we finish up on the arena side.

Meadow Park Sports Centre Pool Swim Competition

The entire MPSC pool area will be closed to the public on Saturday, May 25 and Sunday, May 26 from noon to 6:15 p.m. for a Whistler Sea Wolves (WSW) Sanctioned Swim Meet.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding. The pool will reopen to the public at 6:15 p.m. on both evenings. Additionally, the Fitness and Boxing Studio will not be accessible from Saturday, May 25 at noon until Sunday, May 26 at 6:15 p.m.

The WSW anticipates approximately 72 local club members to participate over the weekend out of roughly 152 total swimmers. This is quite a significant event for a town our size, and we are very excited to be hosting.
