Indoor skating is available year-round at Meadow Park Sports Centre. For public skating times, please visit whistler.ca/skate.
Outdoor skating facilities and activities
- Limited capacity, first come/first served. No reservations or private bookings during public skate times.
- Skate rentals are available. Skaters are encouraged to bring their own skates and helmets as there is a limited supply in available sizes.
- Helmets are encouraged at all times and are available at no charge. Limited quantities.
- Skate aids available at no charge. Limited quantities.
- Game zone (stick and puck play) is Monday to Friday, 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., and 2:30 to 5 p.m.
- Adjacent Snow Zone for snow play when conditions allow.
- Opening is weather dependent. The ice may be closed due to heavy snow, rain or warming temperatures. Call 604-935-PLAY (7529), and press 3 for up-to-date information.
School rentals
- Sea to Sky elementary and secondary schools must book in advance to secure space. School skating is available Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays between 12:30 and 1:30 p.m. Contact mkish@whistler.ca to secure your date
- Elementary and secondary schools from outside Sea to Sky can contact Stephanie Nicoll-Russell at snicoll-russell@whistler.ca for booking information.
