The 2025 Application Period for the Whistler Public Library Board of Trustees has now closed
Eligibility Requirements
- Must be a resident or non-resident property owner of the Resort Municipality of Whistler.
- Must not be an employee of the Resort Municipality of Whistler.
- Must not be an employee of the Whistler Public Library.
Board Guidelines
- The Board consists of eleven Trustees. Ten are appointed from the community and one member from the RMOW Council.
- The Board selects a Chair and Vice Chair at its first meeting in each year.
- The Board must meet at regular intervals at least six times a year.
- Meetings are generally held on the first Wednesday of each month, except August, from 5 to 7 p.m.
