Junior Firefighter Program
Our Junior Firefighter Program provides an introduction to the physical, mental, and educational requirements needed to succeed in a career in the Fire Service. Our three-day course gives students hands-on experience as we take them through many aspects of our recruit training programs.
2023 dates: May 5 to May 7, 2023
Students must be in Grades 11 or 12 to apply.
Paid on Call Firefighters
The Whistler Fire Rescue Service is now accepting applications for Paid On-Call Firefighters.
Interested applicants are invited to attend a Q&A session at Fire Hall 1, 4400 Village Gate Boulevard, at 7 p.m. on April 13.
